I cannot begin to tell you how compassionate and truly empathetic Karen was from the the moment I contacted her! Karen offered suggestions but never asked about payment or details. She gave me valuable, empathetic advice and text me 24/7 offering both advice and compassionate care! When the ashes were delivered to my daughter’s home, they were driven to Holly Springs at no extra cost by the kindest, most professional young gentleman and with a personal, hand written letter from Karen. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had at such a difficult time! Excellent customer service! We cannot thank you enough! We will never forget your kindness, Karen!
