We have used Karen and Cape Fear Crematorium for multiple family memebers. We have always been trreated with the upmost care. I know our family members were treated with nothing but respect and care. They did a great job with my father’s remains. Aimee is professional, considerate, helpful, and kind. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s never a good day when you have to make funeral arraignments. Cape Fear Crematory does everything they can to ease your burden in a respectful compassionate way.

Karen and Toby were so very kind and attentive to our family during this difficult time. I cannot thank them enough! Karen went above and beyond to care for my father and to make sure we understood each step of the process. She was in constant contact with us. Just absolute top notch customer service. Dad's ashes were delivered with care and Toby made me smile even though it was such a sad moment. Our family thinks the world of you Karen! Thank you again.

Hands down the best Mrs. Karen helped me and my brothers out so much without her i don’t know where or how i would’ve done any of this. I cannot begin to tell you how compassionate and truly empathetic Karen was from the the moment I contacted her! Karen offered suggestions but never asked about payment or details. She gave me valuable, empathetic advice and text me 24/7 offering both advice and compassionate care! When the ashes were delivered to my daughter’s home, they were driven to Holly Springs at no extra cost by the kindest, most professional young gentleman and with a personal, hand written letter from Karen. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had at such a difficult time! Excellent customer service! We cannot thank you enough! We will never forget your kindness, Karen!
